Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing from The Saddle Loft, you agree to the terms outlined below. Questions? Email us or call anytime.
- 5-day trial period begins the day the saddle is delivered to you
- Saddles ship within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment
- 3% restocking fee deducted from all approved refunds
- Return shipping fee of $75 deducted from refund (includes full insurance)
- US customers only are eligible for the trial period — all international orders are final sale
- No returns accepted after Day 5 under any circumstances
- 5-day trial: All saddles are sold with a 5-day trial period, which begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
- Full payment required: The trial period is only available upon receipt of full payment. No saddles will be shipped prior to payment being processed and confirmed.
- No holds: The Saddle Loft does not hold saddles for any reason. All inventory remains available for purchase until an order has been placed and payment has been received. We recommend purchasing promptly, as our stock moves quickly.
- Shipping timeline: Saddles are shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Notification deadline: To be eligible for a return, you must notify The Saddle Loft in writing — via email at info@thesaddleloft.com or by text message — on or before the 5th day of your trial period. Verbal notice is not accepted.
- Condition of return: The saddle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with no additional wear, damage, or alterations. The Saddle Loft reserves the right to refuse a refund if the saddle is returned in a condition other than as shipped.
- US customers only: The trial period and return option are available exclusively to customers within the contiguous United States. All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Step 1 — Notify us in writing: Send written notice of your intent to return via email or text message on or before Day 5 of your trial period.
- Step 2 — Receive your return label: Upon receipt of your return notification, The Saddle Loft will provide a prepaid return shipping label with full insurance coverage.
- Step 3 — Ship the saddle: The saddle must be securely packaged and dropped off with the carrier within 24 hours of receiving the return label.
- Step 4 — Inspection and refund: Once the saddle is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
All approved refunds are subject to the following deductions, which will be itemized in your refund confirmation:
- Restocking fee: A fee of 3% of the saddle's sale price will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
- Return shipping fee: A flat fee of $75.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label, which includes full insurance coverage for the saddle during transit.
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Damage deductions: If the saddle is returned with damage not present at the time of shipment, The Saddle Loft reserves the right to deduct the cost of repair or to deny the refund in full.
On the 6th calendar day following delivery, the saddle becomes the sole and permanent property of the customer. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after this date for any reason. No exceptions will be made unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by The Saddle Loft prior to or during the trial period.
The Saddle Loft reserves the right to deny any return request that does not comply with the terms of this policy.
All sales to customers outside the United States are final sale. International customers are not eligible for the trial period, returns, or refunds. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is non-refundable and non-returnable.
This policy and any disputes arising from a purchase through The Saddle Loft shall be governed by the laws of the state in which The Saddle Loft operates. Any disputes not resolved through direct communication shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
The Saddle Loft reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
